LISTACA COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES POLICY

Last updated: September 1, 2026

1. Scope

This Policy explains the use on listaca.com of browser technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage, Cache Storage, HTTP cache, service workers, and similar technical technologies.

It supplements the Comprehensive Privacy Notice.

2. Cookies and other technologies

Not all technologies used by a PWA are cookies.

Listaca may use local storage or cache to remember preferences, manage technical states, and improve operation of the application.

3. Categories used

A. Necessary

These enable basic operation, security, updating, and delivery of requested functions.

B. Preferences

These allow options such as language to be remembered.

C. Security and fraud prevention

These may be used to prevent abuse, protect purchase processes, or manage technical versions.

D. Analytics

Listaca does not currently declare the use of Google Analytics or other first-party cookies intended to create analytical browsing profiles.

If this practice changes and requires consent, this Policy will be updated and the corresponding mechanism will be enabled.

E. Behavioral advertising

Listaca's advertising banner does not by itself constitute behavioral advertising.

Listaca does not currently declare the use of first-party cookies to profile visitors and decide which banner to display based on their browsing history.

4. First-party technologies

Duration depends on the technology, application updates, and browser configuration.

5. Advertising banner

Listaca may display a lower advertising strip containing information supplied by a third party and a link.

Displaying that banner does not by itself mean that Listaca installs the Advertiser's cookies.

While the banner is content displayed by Listaca with an external link, cookies or technologies from the Advertiser's website will begin to be governed by that third party's policies when the user accesses its website.

6. External links

Banners and real estate listings may direct users to external websites or services.

Upon leaving Listaca, the user may become subject to cookies, pixels, or technologies used by that third party under its own policies.

7. Technical providers

Certain requests may be directed to providers necessary to deliver content or perform functions, including, depending on the function used, Supabase, Mercado Pago, YouTube, or other technical providers.

8. Non-essential technologies

If Listaca implements non-essential technologies whose use requires consent, a mechanism will be enabled to accept, reject, or configure them in accordance with applicable law.

9. How to delete site data

The user can delete Listaca cookies and storage from their browser settings.

Doing so may remove preferences, cache, local information, PWA state, or editing access stored on the device.

10. Shared devices

If a device is shared or public, the user should avoid leaving editing links or credentials available and may delete site data when finished.

11. Service Worker

Listaca may use a service worker to improve loading times, store static resources, provide PWA behavior, detect new versions, and provide some resilience against network failures.

12. Personal data

When a technical identifier makes it possible to identify or render a person identifiable, its processing will be governed by the Privacy Notice and applicable law.

13. Changes

This Policy may be updated if the technologies or providers used change.

If a modification requires additional consent, it will be requested in accordance with the law.
